BirdBan Stainless Steel Spikes

BirdBan anti-perching spikes are an effective, non harmful deterrent for birds of up to pigeon size. BirdBan spikes are suitable for protecting all pigeon perching / roosting sites such as window sills, ledges, pipes & gutters, TV aerials + satellite dishes (use the polycarbonate type), signs, chimney stacks & roofs. The product base is made from high quality, ultra violet light-stabilised polycarbonate. Along the base are 9 breakable sections that can be simply snapped apart with your fingers. The protruding pins are manufactured from 304 grade stainless steel and have a tensile strength of 1600N/mm. Each row offers protection of up to 210mm / 8.5".
BirdBan spikes are easy to install using exterior quality silicone adhesive / sealant, or can be screw fixed as required. Guttering attachment clips are also available which make for easy installation not only to guttering but also window boxes, aerials + satellite dishes (use the polycarbonate type) etc.

20 protruding wires and 4 different angles make this the widest spike available; no need to use 2 rows of spikes when a single row of our BirdBan spikes can be used for getting rid of pigeons from ledges with a depth up to 200mm (8 inches) wide.
Long Life Expectancy
A 4mm thick UV stabilised base and high tensile wires with a diameter of 1.42mm ensures these spikes will be around a lot longer then most other spikes.
4 Rows of Wires
Unlike most other spikes available, our BirdBan spikes have an extra two rows of wires that are cleverly angled outwards making landing impossible from whichever direction the pigeons might approach.
Easily Snap Into Sections
Along the base of the spike are 9 breakable sections that can be simply snapped apart with your fingers.
Patented Silicone Fixing Holes
Along the base are 10 star shaped holes; when the spikes are pressed onto a ledge the silicone oozes through the holes forming star shaped rivets that lock the spike firmly to the surface.

Each strip of BirdBan is 335mm in length across the base and comes in packs of 6 (2 metres), 9 (3 metres), 18 (6 metres) or 60 (20 metres) coverage. The spikes are 112mm in length.
