Complete Repointing Package (A)

This excellent package of repointing tools has everything required
for a competent DIY'er to undertake the work themselves...just add your own angle grinder!

Included in the package are the following items

• Joran dust extracting guide plate complete with 4 adaptor rings to fit the majority of angle grinder.
  You should take the disk guard off of your grinder (the guide plate replaces this) and measure the diameter of the boss. The plate will fit directly on to a 50mm boss or with the relevant adaptor fitted either 45, 43, 42.5 & 41mm variants.
• Joran rotary Tungsten Carbide rotary chisel rakes - 2 x 8mm diameter (10 & 12mm also available).
  You should use a rake 2mm smaller that the joint you will be using it in i.e. a 8mm rake is suitable for a 10mm joint.
• Durgun 45 Pro mortar and grouting gun complete with 4 nozzles (2 x copper + 2 x plastic). This is the best manual repointing gun on the market!
• Brick Jointer - High carbon steel, hard tempered and polished. Double-ended cranked design - 3/8" + 1/2"..
• Safety Glasses / Over Specs - Can be worn on their own or over most types of prescription glasses. Scratch and impact resistant polycarbonate lens and side ventilation to reduce fogging. One piece panoramic lens for all round vision. Conforms to EN166, EN168 and EN170.
• Silverline Tools Expert Folding Ear Defenders providing high levels of hearing protection. Conforms to health and safety regulation EN352 NR=33dB.
  • Expert Rigger Gloves - High quality cowhide. Knuckle & fingertip protection. Safety cuff. Lined palm. CE approved.
  • 5 x 15g sachets of easy dose FEB DH professional powdered mortar plasticizer (one sachet will dose 50kg of cement). FEB DH acts as an air entraining plasticizing admixture, which forms extremely stable air bubbles in mortar mixes. This improves the workability of mortar and flow through the Durgun 45 Pro gun, giving it a "buttery" consistency and helps prevent shrinkage, cracking, crazing and mild frost damage during the curing process, as well as providing long term resistance to freeze/thaw cycles.
